Flexible Distribution is Terrible Records’ response to the way modern day musicians share their music. Flexible was started by our team to begin relationships with artists we ADMIRE. Artists that catch our ear. Artists that “irk” us in the best way: things we want to be a part of with hopes to become their team.

︎ WHAT WE DO

We tell your story.

- We deliver your music to stores, but:
- We tell the story behind your music AND,
- We contextualize your release for the people who will support you.

︎ THE DETAILS

︎ We operate on a 30/70% net revenue split (meaning you receive 70% of total earnings).
︎ We licence your music, we NEVER own your music, lyrics, or anything you’ve made.
︎ 10 year license term.
︎ We utilize the amazing team at Low Profile to pitch your music for commercial, television, film, etc.
︎ All synch profits are split 50/50.
︎ We pride ourselves in taking the project you give us, speaking with you about your vision and goals, and relaying that information to digital service providers (DSPs) like Apple Music, Spotify, and Amazon.
︎ We utilize the standard pitching tools provided to us by DSPs
︎ We ALSO utilize our personal connections with programmers and editorial staff to alert them of our excitement and contextualize your project.
